Self care is a very important need that we as humans need to continue to be happy within ourselves and to have our own sense of who we are and what we like to do for ourselves, so here are a few tips for you to incorporate into your daily life to keep your stress levels low.
Writing in a journal has been proven to have emotional and physical health benefits, so even if you just write for 10-20 minutes at least once a week about how you are feeling and your interest will help a lot.
And when I say alone, I mean not even on your phone or on the internet(that includes Xbox live). Take a break from the outside world and focus on yourself and what you’re doing and how your life is going, aim to do more quiet activities such as reading, knitting, meditating or DIY projects.
